Client Setup and Subscription Import Guide

Start by creating an account, then choose a plan, get your subscription, import it into a client, and test your connection. Get your current device connected first; you can set up other devices or explore advanced options later.

ACCOUNT

Create an account and save your login details

Click “Start Free” below to open the VPNNM user panel’s account creation page. Follow the prompts to choose a username and password. No email address is required. Check your username for typos before submitting, and use a password you can store securely that you don’t use on other websites. If your browser asks to save your login details, decide based on whether you’re the only person who uses the device.

Once you’re in the panel, check that the account section shows the username you just created. Orders, subscriptions, and support tickets are all managed under the same account, so save your login details in a trusted password manager. Don’t stay signed in on a shared device or post screenshots containing account information in public forums.

If the page doesn’t move on after you submit, read the messages near the fields and check whether your username is available and your password meets the requirements. If the page stops responding, first make sure you can open other websites, then try reloading. If you already have an account, go straight to the login page—there’s no need to create a separate account for each device. Your subscription can be used on an unlimited number of devices at the same time.

PLAN

Choose a plan and confirm activation

After signing in, open Plans in the panel and decide whether a monthly plan or a data package suits you better. Monthly plans are designed for regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the change details shown in the panel before proceeding.

If your usage varies, you can also choose a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires. Compare your usual browsing, video, and work needs before choosing; a larger package isn’t automatically the right fit. See the Plans page for full pricing and billing details.

After choosing a plan, review its name, billing method, price, and data allowance on the order page. Then follow the panel instructions to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Return to the panel after payment to check the order result and subscription status. Closing the external payment page doesn’t confirm that the panel has received your payment. If the order is still pending, check your order history before trying again to avoid duplicate payments.

VPNNM offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. See the refund policy for how to apply. If the payment result and panel status don’t match, explain the issue in a support ticket and include the necessary order details. Hide any payment information unrelated to the issue before submitting. Once the plan is active, get your subscription to avoid confusion caused by an account that hasn’t been activated yet.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get your subscription in the panel

Open the account overview and find your current plan and available options in the subscription section. A subscription provides your client with the route configuration linked to your account; it isn’t a regular web link to open and read. If the panel offers options for different clients, choose your client first, then select the matching import method to avoid using an incompatible configuration format.

If a client is already installed on your device, use the panel’s quick import option. Your browser may ask whether to open an external app; check that the app name is the one you expect before continuing. If the app doesn’t open automatically, that doesn’t mean the subscription is invalid. Return to the panel, copy the subscription link, and import it manually from the client’s “Subscription” or “Configuration” page. If you haven’t installed a client yet, follow the platform-specific instructions below, then come back for the link.

Paste the complete address—don’t copy only the visible part or include instructions or extra spaces. Save it, then update or refresh until the client displays a list of routes. If you see a configuration name but the list is empty, check the update message, confirm your account’s subscription status, and verify that you chose the right import format. Repeatedly adding the same configuration usually won’t fix a format or permission issue.

CLIENT

Install and import by platform

Choose the platform for your device in the panel’s Downloads section. Sign in to get a client for Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux. Sign in to get your subscription, and confirm that your plan is active before using it. The panel determines eligibility for iOS downloads.

Windows: Desktop client

In the panel’s Downloads section, choose the VPNNM desktop client for Windows and get the installer for your device architecture as directed. Once installed, open the app. If Windows displays a publisher or permission warning, verify that the file came from the panel before deciding whether to continue. If your work computer restricts installations or network settings, check with your device administrator rather than changing your organization’s security policies.

Return to the account overview and use the import option for your client, if available. Alternatively, look for “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or an add option in the client, then choose import from link and paste the full subscription address. Save and update the configuration, check that the route names appear, and enable it. Some desktop clients also require system proxy to be enabled for your browser to use the selected route. If there’s a relevant setting, follow the client’s instructions and leave other advanced settings at their defaults for now.

macOS: Desktop client and system permissions

Choose the macOS desktop client in the panel and install it as directed. The first time you open it, macOS may ask you to confirm the app’s source or allow a network extension to run. Check the relevant app in System Settings. The location of settings can vary between macOS versions; follow the path shown in the system prompt. Don’t disable overall security protections just to continue the installation.

Once the app opens normally, add the link from the panel in the subscription or configuration manager, then update it. If you use the browser’s quick import, confirm that the prompt is opening the client you installed. When the route list has loaded, select a configuration and grant VPN or system proxy permissions as required by the client. If it still doesn’t work, first check whether the app is actually connected rather than importing the subscription again. For more details on system permissions, see the Mac installation and permissions guide.

Android: Mobile client and VPN permissions

Choose the Android mobile client in the panel’s Downloads section and install it as prompted by your device. If Android asks whether to allow apps from this source, make the decision only for the trusted source you’re using. You can restore the previous setting after installation if needed. Open the app and import your subscription before connecting to avoid repeatedly trying to connect without a route configuration.

In the client’s subscription, configuration, or add screen, choose import from link. Paste the full address from the panel, save it, and update the list. When you select a route and connect, Android will usually ask for permission to establish a VPN connection. Check the app name before allowing it. If another VPN app is running on your device, disconnect it before testing this client to prevent the connections from replacing each other. If the connection drops frequently when the screen is locked, check the app’s background activity restrictions. There’s no need to change all your battery settings upfront.

iOS: Panel instructions and VPN configuration

Sign in to the panel and open the iOS download option. The panel determines whether an App Store link is available based on your plan status. If the page says you don’t currently meet the requirements, check that you’re signed in to the right account and that your plan is active. Don’t install configuration profiles from unknown sources or try to use an installer for another platform as an iOS app. Use the options shown in the panel.

Install the iOS client specified in the panel, then return to the account overview and use the import option for that app. If the quick import doesn’t open the app, add the link manually in the client’s configuration or subscription manager. Once updated, select a configuration and route, then turn on the connection. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, confirm which app is requesting it before granting permission. Seeing the VPN indicator means the system connection is established; continue to the next step and test access by opening a website. If you already have another VPN configuration, disconnect it before testing this one on its own.

Linux and other devices

VPNNM also supports Linux. Get the relevant client from the panel’s Downloads section and import your subscription using the panel’s instructions. This quick-start guide doesn’t cover command-line proxies, IDE plugins, or developer tool network settings. If you need to route these tools through a specific network environment, see the AI tools access guide. Don’t assume that a working browser connection means every program is using the same configuration.

VERIFY

Connect to a route and test access

After importing, confirm that the client is using the configuration you just updated. Then choose a route in a region supported by your target service. For general browsing, pick from the routes available in the panel. If a service requires a specific region, check which regions it supports and choose a matching exit location. See the Routes page for coverage and selection tips. A route being available doesn’t guarantee that a platform offers particular content or that your account is eligible; check those separately.

Turn on the connection in your client, then open a website that normally works for you to confirm your basic internet connection is still available. Next, open the network test page to check your browser’s current exit information. If the test temporarily fails, don’t conclude that the connection is invalid based on this check alone; also try accessing your target service. With split tunneling, different websites may use different routes, so the test page’s result may not reflect how every app connects.

Next, open the website or app you actually want to use and check that it loads, lets you sign in, and supports the actions you need. For AI services, check that a conversation continues generating responses, not just that the homepage loads. For video services, confirm that a video plays, not just that its cover image appears. The platform itself determines content access, account region, and terms of use; a VPNNM network subscription does not override those requirements.

If the connection fails, narrow down the cause step by step

If no websites open after connecting, disconnect the client first and check your local internet connection. Once it’s back, reconnect and check that the configuration is enabled, the subscription updated successfully, and system permissions weren’t denied. If the subscription list looks normal but one route doesn’t work, try another route that meets the target region’s requirements. Change one setting at a time so you can identify what made a difference.

If regular websites work but one service returns an error, note the full error message and check the service’s region requirements, your account status, and your browser session. Don’t switch between several regions while repeatedly trying to sign in; it makes troubleshooting harder. For region checks, streaming responses, or API configuration in AI tools, continue troubleshooting in the AI tools access guide. Advanced settings aren’t covered on this page.

If the issue persists, submit a support ticket in the panel. Include your device’s operating system, client name, the action that triggered the issue, and the error message. Note whether your local connection works when disconnected. Hide account credentials and subscription links in screenshots. When you’re done, disconnect the client. If you manually enabled the system proxy, check that it’s restored after the client exits so your next internet connection doesn’t point to a local proxy that isn’t running.
