Refund Policy
This policy explains the scope of refunds and how to request one for VPNNM subscriptions. Before submitting a request, check the order and payment status in the user panel. For questions or decisions concerning a specific order, the support-ticket record for that order is the reference.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. The window starts when the first payment is successfully processed. The submission time recorded in the user panel’s support ticket determines when a request was made. You do not need to explain your experience or complete connection troubleshooting before submitting a request.
This commitment applies to the first payment. It does not mean that each renewal, upgrade, or additional data package starts a new refund window. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so specify the order related to your request. The refund amount is based on the verified amount actually paid.
Order Status and Special Cases
You may request a refund within the window above if the connection does not meet your expectations, the device configuration is unsuitable, or you no longer need the subscription. Normal connection testing or partial data usage alone does not remove eligibility for a no-questions-asked refund.
Orders outside the request window are not covered by this commitment. Unpaid orders have no amount to refund, and a payment that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again. If you see a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a successful payment with an order status that has not updated, request a review through a support ticket.
If a case involves data usage beyond the plan allowance, an unusual payment, or account activity that violates the Terms of Service, the order and relevant records must be reviewed separately. Verification does not automatically mean a refund will be denied, and this commitment is not limited by undisclosed data thresholds. If there is a dispute, explain the basis for your request in the support ticket, and you may provide additional information.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the user panel, locate the order in question, then submit a refund request through the support ticket portal. Include the reason for the request, order number, payment method, payment date, and amount actually paid. If the order record differs from the payment result, you may attach proof of payment with unrelated information concealed.
Add information and check for replies in the original ticket to avoid splitting the record across duplicate requests. Identity checks concern account and order ownership. Never share your account password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. You can create an account without an email address, and refund discussions can also be handled through the user panel.
Once the review is complete, the ticket should explain the decision, the order involved, and the next steps for the refund. If there is not enough information to identify the payment, provide the transaction details requested in the reply. Keep the original submission timestamp for requests made within the refund window.
Refund Routes and Payment Methods
Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds are returned through the original payment route when supported by the provider. Check the statement for the original payment account rather than relying only on the VPNNM panel status. If the original route cannot process the refund, first confirm the reason in a support ticket, then check which alternative handling method is available.
USDT transfers are handled differently from payment-provider refunds and should not be treated as transactions that can be automatically reversed. A request may require verification of the original transaction record, transfer network, and receiving address. If needed, confirm the refund route, amount basis, and any applicable network fees in a support ticket. Do not send another transfer before these details have been verified.
Refund verification is based on the original payment information. If the receiving route needs to change, first confirm account ownership and the handling details to avoid losses caused by an incorrect address or incompatible network.
Refund Tracking and Entitlements
Accepting a refund request, initiating the refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The time it takes depends on the payment provider, transaction verification, and network processing; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. After receiving a processing notice, check the statement or transaction record for the relevant payment method. If the refund has not arrived, ask for an update and proof of processing in the original support ticket.
The order outcome should explain how the related subscription or data package entitlement ends. The description “use until depleted, with no expiration” refers to the usage period while a data package is held normally; it does not mean that the data remains available after a refund is completed.
See the Privacy Policy for information about personal data handling and the Packages page for billing information. If you disagree with a refund decision, add the order record and explain the specific issue in the original support ticket so it can be reviewed further.
